We are looking for a skilled and strategic Social Media Strategist to lead and execute impactful social media campaigns for both our in-house brands across the Indian and US markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven storytelling, understands diverse audience behaviors, and knows how to align content strategy with business objectives. You’ll be responsible for building a strong social presence, driving engagement, and supporting brand visibility and lead generation through intelligent content planning, timely execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for both Indian and US markets to build brand presence, drive engagement, and support lead generation.
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Plan and oversee content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing goals, seasonal relevance, and brand tone.
- Collaborate with internal teams including content creators, designers, and marketers to produce engaging and visually appealing content.
- Launch and monitor social media campaigns, adjusting based on performance analytics and industry trends.
- Track KPIs and engagement metrics using analytics tools; report performance insights and optimize future content accordingly.
- Stay informed about platform updates, audience behaviors, and emerging trends to keep strategies innovative and relevant.
- Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual style across all platforms.
Desired Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Proven ability to plan and manage content across multiple platforms with a consistent voice and approach.
