We are seeking a highly skilled, strategic, and creative Marketing Team Lead to drive our marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end marketing efforts including content, digital campaigns, lead generation, branding, and analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and overall market presence
- Identify growth opportunities through market research and trend analysis
2. Content Development
- Oversee creation of high-quality content including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social media
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop impactful marketing collateral
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels
3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute data-driven campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Drive lead generation and nurturing strategies to support business growth
- Optimize campaigns for performance, engagement, and conversions
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and vendors for campaign execution.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Define KPIs and track performance across marketing initiatives
- Use analytics tools to measure ROI and improve strategy
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
