We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through visually compelling and impactful designs. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital and print assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate has a strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout design, along with the ability to translate concepts into high-quality visuals across platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, UI/UX, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Design & Visual Execution
- Design engaging visuals for social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, banners, presentations, case studies, and pitch decks.
- Develop branding elements such as logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity systems.
- Ensure all creative assets maintain strong brand alignment and visual consistency.
2. Campaign & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design performance-driven creatives.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for digital marketing initiatives.
- Design graphics for paid ads, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Adapt designs effectively across multiple platforms and formats.
3. UI Support & Digital Assets
- Support UI/UX designers with icons, illustrations, and supporting visual assets.
- Prepare optimized images and graphics for web and digital use.
- Ensure responsiveness and platform compatibility for digital creatives.
4. Brand Development & Innovation
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and planning sessions.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Continuously refine and elevate design quality and creative standards.
5. AI & Creative Workflow Enhancement
- Leverage AI-powered tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) to generate creative concepts, enhance visuals, and streamline workflows.
- Explore AI-assisted ideation and automation techniques to improve productivity and experimentation.
6. AI & Design Optimization
- Leverage AI-powered tools (such as Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) to enhance ideation, generate content placeholders, improve workflows, and accelerate prototyping.
- Explore AI-assisted user research insights and design refinements to improve usability and efficiency.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital agency or creative environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding fundamentals.
- Experience designing for digital platforms including social media and websites.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
