- Translate high-level business needs into Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and User Stories.
- Break down each module or feature into detailed specifications including data fields, validations, interactions, and content behavior.
- Define dynamic content behavior, workflow logic, click behaviors, and conditions for authenticated views (when applicable).
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure all documentation is delivery-ready.
- Internal Communication & Task Structuring

- Maintain version-controlled records of requirement changes and client confirmations.
- Quality Alignment Support
- Assist PMs in reviewing completed work against functional requirements before client delivery.
- Participate in internal UAT cycles to validate that the build aligns with documentation and avoids surprises in client reviews.
- Documentation Ownership & Hygiene
- Maintain a centralized repository of requirement documents, change logs, and client confirmations for each project.
- Ensure consistent formatting, versioning, and naming across documentation to improve internal usability and traceability.
- Regularly clean up outdated or deprecated references in shared documentation.
- Proactive Issue Flagging
- Liaise with the UI/UX design team to ensure designs match functionality expectations and documented user flows.

- Recommend process improvements based on observed bottlenecks or recurring issues during handoffs.
- Team Support & Knowledge Sharing
- Document common functional modules, platform limitations, and project patterns in an internal knowledge base.
- Assist in onboarding new delivery team members by providing background briefs and context documents for ongoing projects.
