We are looking for a Creative lead who will strengthen this foundation by leading our unified creative function — guiding content and design teams toward excellence with a focus on craft, clarity, and impact.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. It requires a leader who can shape narratives, elevate visual direction, mentor talent, and ensure that every creative output — internal or client-facing — reflects thoughtful strategy and high quality.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Brand Direction
- Define and evolve brand voice, visual language, and creative frameworks across platforms
- Translate business goals and content strategies into strong creative direction and design systems
- Ensure creative execution aligns with brand positioning, audience insights, and experience standards
Content + Design Collaboration
- Partner with content and design teams to build cohesive storytelling
- Guide UI/UX direction for websites, campaigns, product visuals, and brand systems
- Lead creative concepts from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment between narrative and design
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of content writers, UI/UX designers, and visual designers
- Conduct structured feedback and reviews to strengthen creative quality and communication
- Build frameworks, templates, and systems that support quality at scale
- Mentor designers and content talent, including supporting team members with limited English fluency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with SEO, development, marketing, and leadership teams
- Coordinate with project teams on timelines, resourcing, and creative workflows
- Participate in client-facing creative presentations when required
Quality Standards & Delivery
- Review deliverables for clarity, usability, design consistency, and brand alignment
- Maintain high creative standards while managing timelines and iterations
- Use performance insights and audience feedback to refine creative direction
Desired Skills
- 7+ years of experience in design/creative roles; 4+ years in a leadership position
- Strong understanding of digital storytelling, UX, and visual communication
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven leadership experience in creative teams
- Clear communication and structured review approach
- Experience in agency/global/B2B environments (US market preferred)
- Ability to balance strategy and hands-on creative direction
- Proficiency with AI creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney/Firefly/DALL·E, Figma AI/Canva AI)
Nice to Have
- Experience working closely with development teams and hand-off processes
- Familiarity with WordPress/Webflow/Elementor and basic HTML/CSS
- Experience building brand systems, design libraries, and SOPs
- Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or marketing agency environments
