We believe great brands are built through clarity, thoughtful communication, strong design systems, and consistent user experiences. We are seeking a Creative Lead who will strengthen this foundation by leading and elevating our unified creative function — guiding both content and design teams toward excellence with a focus on craft, clarity, and measurable impact.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. It requires a leader who can shape narratives, elevate visual direction, mentor creative talent, and ensure every output — internal or client-facing — reflects strong thinking, high standards, and alignment with business goals.
As Creative Lead, you will act as the central creative authority across projects while collaborating closely with delivery, marketing, SEO, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative & Brand Direction

- Ensure creative outputs align with positioning, audience insights, and experience principles.
2. Content & Design Integration
- Partner closely with content writers and designers to create cohesive storytelling.
- Guide UI/UX direction for websites, campaigns, landing pages, and brand assets.
- Lead creative concepts from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment between narrative and visual communication.
- Review wireframes and design flows to ensure clarity, usability, and brand consistency.
3. Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead a multidisciplinary team including content writers, UI/UX designers, and visual designers.
- Conduct structured feedback sessions and creative reviews to improve quality and communication.
- Build templates, playbooks, and scalable frameworks that maintain consistency across projects.
- Mentor creative team members and support skill development, including team members with varying levels of communication proficiency.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with SEO, development, marketing, and project management teams to align creative output with technical feasibility and timelines.
- Participate in planning discussions to ensure creative resources are structured effectively.
- Support client-facing creative presentations when required.
5. Quality Standards & Creative Governance
- Review deliverables for clarity, usability, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Maintain high creative standards while managing iterations and timelines.
- Use performance insights, analytics, and user feedback to refine creative direction.
- Continuously improve internal creative workflows and review mechanisms.
6. AI & Creative Innovation
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney/Firefly/DALL-E, Figma AI, Canva AI, etc.) to enhance ideation, streamline production, and improve efficiency.
- Drive responsible adoption of AI workflows within the creative function to boost productivity without compromising quality.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in design, branding, or creative roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of digital storytelling, UX principles, and visual communication systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven experience leading creative teams within agency, global, or B2B environments (US market exposure preferred).
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on creative direction.
- Structured communication and review approach with high attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of branding frameworks, design systems, and scalable creative processes.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to enhance creative output.
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, Elementor, and basic HTML/CSS understanding.
- Experience building brand systems, design libraries, and internal creative SOPs.
- Prior exposure to SaaS, technology, or marketing agency environments.
