We’re looking for a Communication Strategist / Sales Copywriter who understands that great sales communication isn’t about funnels, formulas, or flashy CTAs—it’s about building relationships through authentic, human conversation.
In this role, you’ll shape how we communicate with our audience of agency leaders—crafting messages that are thoughtful, personal, and focused on long-term trust, not just short-term conversions.
You’ll work closely with our Sales Strategist to create email outreach and messaging that feels natural, helpful, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Write cold outreach emails that stand out (and don’t get archived).
- Craft follow-ups that feel like reminders, not pressure.
- Build “not yet” responses that keep future conversations open.
- Create re-engagement emails that sound human, not automated.
- Develop and maintain messaging libraries in Notion, Missive, and Pipedrive.
- Collaborate with the Sales Strategist to align tone, timing, and intent.
- Provide strategic input to continuously improve our communication approach.
- Ensure every message reflects our voice, empathy, and brand authenticity.
Desired Skills
- Proven experience writing sales or lifecycle emails that drive engagement.
- Deep understanding of relationship-based communication and trust-building.
- Strong curiosity about audience insights, tone, timing, and language.
- Ability to write clear, genuine, and emotionally intelligent messages.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
Nice to Have
- Experience writing for agencies, SaaS, or B2B service firms.
- Familiarity with Notion, Missive, or Pipedrive.
- Background in long-term nurturing or partnership communications.
