Submit your resume and portfolio. We review every application within 3 business days and respond either way.

Intro Conversation

A 30-minute call with your potential team lead. No HR scripts. We talk about your experience, what you are looking for, and how we work.

Practical Assessment

A real-world task related to the role — scoped to take no more than 2 hours. We evaluate problem-solving and code quality, not speed.

Offer

If it is a mutual fit, you receive an offer within 48 hours of the final conversation. Clear terms, no negotiation games.
