About the Role
We are seeking a process-driven, analytical, and execution-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen and scale our recruitment engine. This role goes beyond routine hiring — you will help design structured recruitment workflows, improve sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and support leadership with data-driven hiring insights.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, leadership, and HR to ensure recruitment processes are efficient, transparent, and aligned with the organization’s growth goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, system-oriented, and capable of building repeatable and scalable hiring frameworks in a fast-growing digital services environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with business expansion plans.
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and define recruitment priorities and timelines.
- Develop role-specific sourcing and evaluation strategies for technical and non-technical positions.
- Create structured hiring plans for recurring and critical roles.
2. Recruitment Process & Workflow Optimization
- Build and standardize recruitment workflows, including hiring intake, screening, interviews, evaluation, approvals, and offer rollout.
- Define clear SLAs, ownership, and timelines across the hiring lifecycle.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
- Ensure structured documentation and compliance throughout the hiring journey.
3. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Identify and optimize sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for IT, digital, and agency roles.
- Design and enhance employee referral programs to improve quality hiring.
- Engage passive candidates and nurture long-term talent communities.
4. Hiring Manager Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, success metrics, and evaluation criteria.
- Act as a recruitment consultant by advising on market trends, hiring feasibility, and timelines.
- Support interview panel alignment and structured evaluation frameworks.
- Ensure hiring managers follow standardized interview and feedback processes.
5. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Prepare hiring dashboards and reports for leadership review.
- Use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
6. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Ensure a structured, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates.
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to support employer branding initiatives.
- Enhance the company’s presence across hiring platforms and professional networks.
7. ATS, Tools & AI-Driven Optimization
- Own and optimize ATS usage, hiring documentation, and data accuracy.
- Create and maintain templates for job descriptions, screening questionnaires, interview scorecards, and evaluation forms.
- Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms) to draft job descriptions, structure interview questions, analyze resumes, summarize evaluations, and streamline workflows.
- Explore automation and AI-driven insights to enhance recruitment efficiency and scalability.
8. Continuous Improvement & Scalability
- Stay updated with recruitment trends, market insights, and hiring best practices.
- Recommend process improvements, automation tools, and system enhancements.
- Build recruitment systems that scale with organizational growth and evolving hiring needs.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or Hiring Strategy roles.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and structured hiring frameworks.
- Proven experience improving recruitment processes and building scalable systems.
- Experience hiring within IT, software development, or digital agency environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting recruitment metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools.
- Comfortable adopting AI-driven tools and automation platforms to enhance hiring efficiency.
