We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will strengthen and scale our recruitment strategy, processes, and hiring systems.
This role goes beyond routine sourcing and hiring. The focus is on building scalable recruitment frameworks, improving hiring workflows, developing strong talent pipelines, and enabling leadership with data-driven hiring insights. While hands-on recruitment experience is required, deep IT recruitment specialization is not mandatory.
This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, analytical, and capable of building a structured, repeatable, and efficient recruitment engine for a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans.
- Develop role-wise hiring strategies, sourcing plans, and evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and define priorities and timelines.
- Recruitment Process & System Design
- Build and standardize recruitment processes, including:
- Hiring intake from managers
- Screening and interview stages
- Evaluation, feedback, and approval workflows
- Offer and closure processes
- Define clear SLAs, timelines, and ownership across the hiring lifecycle.
- Build and standardize recruitment processes, including:
- Sourcing & Channel Optimization
- Identify and optimize sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
- Strengthen employee referral programs and passive talent engagement strategies.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations, skill gaps, and team structures.
- Help define job requirements, success criteria, and interview focus areas.
- Act as a hiring advisor on market feasibility, timelines, and candidate availability.
- Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline health, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
- Prepare regular hiring dashboards and leadership reports.
- Use insights to improve recruitment effectiveness and decision-making.
- Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Ensure a structured, transparent, and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain timely communication throughout the hiring journey.
- Support employer branding initiatives with HR and Marketing.
- ATS, Tools & Documentation
- Own and optimize ATS usage and recruitment documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of interviews, feedback, and offers.
- Standardize templates for JDs, screening questions, and evaluation scorecards.
- Continuous Improvement & Scalability
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and talent market insights.
- Recommend process improvements, automation, and tools.
- Build scalable hiring systems to support company growth.
Desired Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or Hiring Strategy.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and frameworks.
- Proven experience improving or building recruitment processes.
- Experience in IT, software, or digital agency environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment data and reports.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and priorities.
- Comfortable using ATS, job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing referral programs or employer branding initiatives.
- Exposure to workforce planning or capacity forecasting.
- Familiarity with HRMS and ATS integrations.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior recruiters.
