We are looking for a dynamic AI & Automation Strategist to drive the implementation of intelligent, automation-first solutions across internal departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems through technology and has a systems-thinking approach to optimize workflows. You’ll work cross-functionally to embed AI tools and automation into everyday operations, transforming the way our teams work and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation across departments such as Sales, Project Management, Development, QA, SEO, Design, and HR.
- Design and manage efficient workflows using n8n, Zapier, or other automation tools to streamline internal processes.
- Coordinate with team leads to evaluate inefficiencies and recommend AI-powered solutions.
- Integrate AI into QA and development tasks like documentation, testing, and repetitive coding workflows.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to automate CRM updates, lead nurturing flows, email campaigns, and reporting.
- Develop internal tools, scripts, or dashboards that support day-to-day team functions.
- Guide teams on how to effectively use AI tools, craft prompts, and ensure ethical usage practices.
- Pilot new tools, evaluate results, and continuously refine implementation strategies.
- Provide technical input and support for AI-based internal projects.
Desired Skills
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in AI or automation-related projects.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar).
- Working knowledge of AI APIs/tools such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Google Vertex AI.
- Basic proficiency in JavaScript or Python for task automation and API integration.
- Understanding of frontend/backend workflows (HTML, CSS, PHP) and QA cycles.
- Ability to build simple tools and integrations to enhance team productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to documentation.
- Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical users.
Nice to Have
- Experience building internal tools or automations to improve team workflows.
- Exposure to concepts like vector databases, LangChain, or agent-based automation.
- Previous involvement in AI/automation training or workshops.
- Awareness of AI ethics and best practices in data usage.
