We are looking for a talented WordPress Frontend Developer with strong expertise in WordPress, Shopify, and HubSpot CMS. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality, responsive, and SEO-friendly websites that deliver seamless user experiences. During the first 2 months, you’ll work from our office in Ahmedabad for onboarding, training, and smoother collaboration. After that, you’ll transition to remote night-shift hours (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST) to work directly with our US-based clients and internal teams. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent frontend development skills along with client communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Develop, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress, Shopify, and HubSpot CMS.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, Core Web Vitals, and SEO.
- Implement and maintain WCAG/ADA accessibility standards.
- Customize and integrate themes, templates, and plugins/modules within CMS platforms.
- Work closely with backend developers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Communicate directly with US-based clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- Perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and bug fixing for existing client projects.
Desired Skills
- 4+ years of frontend development experience with a strong portfolio of WordPress/Shopify projects.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, and HubSpot CMS.
- Strong understanding of responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Flexbox, CSS Grid).
- Knowledge of website performance optimization and SEO-friendly frontend structures.
- Familiarity with WCAG/ADA compliance and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency with Git/SVN for version control and debugging tools like Chrome Inspector/Firebug.
- Exposure to AI tools that support faster and smarter frontend workflows (bonus).
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) – mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Experience with WooCommerce, Liquid (Shopify), and HubSpot modules.
- Knowledge of task runners/build tools (Gulp, Webpack, npm).
- Basic understanding of PHP or backend logic.
- Prior experience working with US-based agencies or clients.
