We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining websites and landing pages within the HubSpot CMS, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless integration with marketing and CRM tools.
The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development expertise along with hands-on experience working with HubSpot CMS development, responsive design, performance optimization, and SEO-friendly development practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. HubSpot CMS Development
- Develop and customize HubSpot CMS templates, modules, landing pages, and website components.
- Implement responsive layouts and reusable modules using HubSpot CMS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot templates and marketing automation features.
2. Front-End Development
- Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable front-end code.
- Convert design files (Figma, PSD, XD) into responsive web pages.
- Implement interactive UI elements using JavaScript, jQuery, and animation libraries when required.
3. Website Optimization & Performance
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and responsiveness.
- Implement best practices such as: Image optimization, Code minification, Lazy loading, Browser caching
4. Testing & Debugging
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent user experience.
- Identify and resolve UI bugs and performance issues.
- Maintain clean code standards and documentation.
5. Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with design, marketing, SEO, and project management teams to implement features.
- Collaborate with backend developers when integrations or APIs are required.
- Provide effort estimations and development updates during project planning.
6. SEO-Friendly Development
- Implement SEO best practices such as semantic markup, metadata, structured data, and optimized page structures.
- Coordinate with the SEO team to ensure website performance aligns with SEO guidelines.
Desired Skills
- 4+ years of experience in front-end development or HubSpot CMS development.
- Proven experience developing custom templates, modules, and web pages in HubSpot CMS.
- Experience converting Figma / PSD / XD designs into responsive web pages.
- Experience in WordPress front-end development using builders like Elementor, Beaver Builder, and ACF will be considered an additional advantage.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for code optimization, automation of repetitive tasks, and improving development workflows.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
- Familiarity with animation libraries such as GSAP, ScrollMagic, or TweenMax.
- Strong understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments.

- Familiarity with HubSpot marketing automation and CRM integrations.
- Experience working in a digital agency or white-label development environment.
