Plan Tiers From Small Sites to Enterprise

Starter, Essential, Growth, and Premium. Each tier scales by QA depth, security frequency, and integration coverage.

Steps in Every Maintenance Cycle

Backup, update, QA, review, deploy, report. The same disciplined process every time — no shortcuts.

Automated Backups With Instant Rollback

Database and files backed up every day with a one-month recovery window. If anything breaks, the site is restored immediately.

Business Days Per Maintenance Cycle

From staging setup to final deployment. Turnaround depends on plan complexity and your review speed.

Four Plans. One Standard of Quality.

Every plan includes core and plugin updates, staging-first deployment, rollback support, and daily backups. Plans scale by QA depth, security frequency, and integration coverage. Monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly billing.

1

Starter

Small sites and portfolios. Core and plugin updates, QA on 5 to 7 key pages, one form tested, one blog post checked, monthly security scans, daily backups with rollback, and a basic PDF report after every cycle.

Ideal for brochure sites and small business websites that need consistent updates without the overhead of deep QA coverage.

2

Essential

Small to mid-size websites. Everything in Starter plus QA on up to 25 pages, up to 3 forms tested, up to 5 blog posts checked, daily security scans, cross-browser compatibility checks, and a detailed PDF report.

Built for growing websites with multiple templates, contact forms, and content that needs regular verification after updates.

3

Growth

Mid-to-large and eCommerce. Everything in Essential plus extensive page QA, comprehensive form testing, up to 20 blog posts checked, WooCommerce cart and checkout testing, payment and shipping workflow verification, CRM and API integration checks, and an in-depth PDF report.

The right fit for ecommerce stores and complex sites where a broken checkout or failed integration costs real revenue.

4

Premium

Large-scale or complex websites. Everything in Growth with fully tailored QA scope, complete form and blog coverage, managed daily security scans with remediation, WooCommerce and integration testing, and enterprise-level reporting.

Designed for high-traffic WordPress sites and enterprise platforms where uptime and stability are non-negotiable.

What Gets Done. Every Time.

Each cycle covers the full stack — not just plugin updates. Here is what happens every time we maintain your site, tested on staging before anything goes live.

Core and Plugin Updates

WordPress core, plugin, and security patch updates applied on staging first. Every update is tested against your specific configuration before deployment. If something breaks in staging, it gets fixed before it ever touches the live site. A pre-update backup is always taken, and rollback support is available if needed post-deployment.

Security Monitoring and Backup

Security scans, vulnerability monitoring, and security plugin management — monthly on Starter, daily on Essential and above. Daily automated backups of the database and files with a one-month recovery window. Premium plans include managed remediation where security issues are resolved proactively, not just flagged.

QA Testing

Page-level QA across key templates, forms, blog posts, and critical user flows. Scope scales by plan — from 5 to 7 pages on Starter to fully tailored coverage on Premium. Cross-browser validation on Essential and above. WooCommerce cart, checkout, payment, and shipping testing on Growth and Premium.

Integration Verification

CRM syncs, API connections, payment gateways, shipping calculators, and third-party plugin integrations are verified after every update cycle. Available on Growth and Premium plans. If an integration breaks due to an update, it is caught on staging before it affects your live workflows.

Reporting

A detailed maintenance report delivered after every cycle — documenting every update applied, QA test results, issues found and resolved, and security scan outcomes. Report depth scales by plan, from a basic summary on Starter to enterprise-level documentation on Premium.

What is Not Included. And What Can Be Added.

To keep each plan focused and cost-effective, the following services are not included by default. Each can be quoted separately or bundled into a broader engagement.

PHP Version Upgrades

Testing and migration to newer PHP versions with full compatibility checks across every plugin, theme, and custom functionality. Staged and validated before any live deployment.

Theme Updates

Custom and third-party theme updates with visual regression testing. We compare before-and-after screenshots across key pages to catch layout shifts and styling breaks before they go live.

Performance Tuning

Speed improvements, caching configuration, image optimization, and Core Web Vitals remediation. Targeted fixes that improve load times and search rankings without rebuilding the site.

Content Updates

Page edits, new page creation, layout adjustments, and media management. Structured content change requests processed and deployed within your maintenance cycle or as a separate engagement.

SEO Configuration

Advanced SEO setup, plugin configuration, structured data, sitemap management, and metadata reviews beyond standard maintenance checks. Pairs well with our Technical SEO Audit.

Accessibility Audits

ADA and WCAG compliance reviews with documented remediation steps. Automated and manual testing across navigation, forms, media, and content. See our ADA Compliance Audit.

WordPress and WooCommerce. Both Covered.

Maintenance needs differ between a content site and a revenue-generating store. Our plans handle both — with the right level of coverage for each.

WordPress Sites

  • Content sites — blogs, corporate websites, and resource centers where content publishing is the primary function.
  • Lead generation sites — business websites with contact forms, landing pages, and conversion tracking that need to work flawlessly after every update.
  • Multi-site networks — WordPress multisite installations where a single update can affect multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Available on all plans — core and plugin updates, page-level QA, security monitoring, daily backups, and reporting.

WooCommerce Stores

  • Product catalogs — stores with variable products, categories, filters, and search functionality that must remain accurate after plugin updates.
  • Payment workflows — Stripe, PayPal, Square, and custom payment gateway testing to ensure transactions process correctly post-update.
  • Third-party integrations — CRM syncs, inventory management, shipping calculators, and API connections verified after every cycle.
  • Available on Growth and Premium — cart, checkout, payment, and shipping workflow testing included.

Staging First. Always.

Every maintenance cycle follows the same six-step process. No shortcuts. No surprises. Typical cycle: 2 to 4 business days from staging setup to final deployment.

01

Backup on Staging

A fresh copy of the live site is restored on staging. All updates happen here first. The live site is never touched until everything passes review. If staging does not exist, we set it up as part of onboarding.

02

Updates and QA on Staging

Core updates, plugin updates, and security scans are applied on staging. Page-level QA, form testing, blog checks, and WooCommerce flow testing follow immediately. All based on the scope of your selected plan.

03

Your Review and Approval

You review the staged updates at your pace. A test URL and change summary are shared. Nothing goes live without your approval. We only proceed to the live site after receiving your confirmation.

04

Live Deployment

The same updates are applied to the live site. A full backup is taken just before deployment so the site can be restored instantly if anything goes wrong.

05

Rollback Support

If any issues are encountered post-deployment, the site is restored immediately from the pre-update backup. No waiting, no guessing, no downtime.

06

Final Report

A detailed maintenance report documenting every update applied, QA results, issues found and resolved, and security scan outcomes. Delivered after every cycle so you have a complete record of what was done.

What We Need From You.

To run a smooth maintenance cycle, we need a few things upfront. The faster we get access, the faster the first cycle starts.

Access and Credentials

WordPress admin login for both live and staging environments. Hosting panel access for backups, staging setup, and rollback procedures. If staging does not exist, we set it up as part of onboarding. Form submission email addresses so we can verify delivery during testing.

eCommerce Requirements

For Growth and Premium plans with WooCommerce, we need test credentials for cart, checkout, payment, and shipping workflows. Sandbox API keys for payment gateways ensure we validate transactions without processing real charges. Shipping configuration details for accurate workflow testing.

Priority Pages and Contact

A list of priority pages or functionality to focus on during QA — especially important for Growth and Premium plans. One point of contact with expected turnaround time for reviewing and approving staged updates. The faster you review, the faster the cycle completes.

Every update is tested on staging first. If an issue is found, it gets resolved before going live. In the rare case something breaks after deployment, we immediately restore the site using the pre-update backup. Zero downtime is the goal.

A detailed PDF documenting every update applied, QA test results, issues found and resolved, and security scan outcomes. The report is delivered after each maintenance cycle so you have a complete record of what was done and why.

PHP version upgrades and custom theme updates are not included by default because they carry higher risk and require dedicated testing. Both can be quoted separately and added to any plan as needed.

Maintenance cycles can be scheduled monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly depending on your plan and site requirements. We recommend monthly cycles for ecommerce stores and sites with frequent content changes. Less active sites can run on bi-monthly or quarterly schedules.
