UI/UX
Design.

Design & Creative
Research-driven interface design that turns complex requirements into clear, intuitive experiences. 3 to 8 weeks depending on scope.
From user research and information architecture through high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. Every screen, every state, every breakpoint — designed in Figma with structured handoff for your development team.

Design is Not Decoration. It is How Things Work.

Users form opinions about a site in 50 milliseconds. That judgment is almost entirely visual — hierarchy, spacing, clarity. Good UI/UX design is the difference between a product that converts and one that confuses.

50ms
The time it takes for a user to form an opinion about your site. First impressions are visual and nearly irreversible.
$100
Return on every dollar invested in UX. Interfaces built on research reduce support costs, increase conversions, and extend product lifetime value.
88%
Of online users who will not return to a site after a bad experience. Design quality directly determines whether visitors become customers.
Figma
Our primary design tool. Component libraries, auto-layout, interactive prototypes, and developer handoff — all in one platform.
Every State
We design hover states, error states, loading states, empty states, and edge cases. Your developers never have to guess what a screen should look like.
Desktop + Mobile
Every screen is designed for both breakpoints by default. Responsive behavior is documented, not assumed.

Interfaces Across Every Platform Type.

From marketing sites to complex SaaS dashboards, we design interfaces that serve both the user and the business. Each project type has different requirements — we adapt our process accordingly.

SaaS Platforms
Dashboards, settings panels, onboarding flows, and data-heavy interfaces for B2B and B2C software products. Built for clarity at scale with component systems that grow with your product.
Marketing Sites
Landing pages, product pages, and multi-page marketing websites designed to guide visitors toward conversion with clean visual hierarchy and intentional content flow.
eCommerce
Storefronts, product detail pages, cart flows, and checkout experiences for Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom platforms. Every step optimized to reduce friction and increase completion rates.
Web Applications
Internal tools, client portals, scheduling systems, and custom-built applications on Laravel, Vue.js, or WordPress. Complex functionality made simple through thoughtful information architecture.
Design Systems
Component libraries, token definitions, pattern documentation, and governance rules for teams that need consistency across products. Built in Figma with developer-friendly naming conventions.

Start With Research. Or Start With the Full Package.

Some projects need the complete design engagement. Others need help with a specific phase. We scope each project to match exactly what your team needs.

UX Research + Wireframes

Establish the strategic foundation before any visual design work begins. Ideal when your team handles visual design internally.

  • Stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering
  • Competitive audit and user persona development
  • Information architecture and sitemap
  • User flow diagrams for key journeys
  • Low-fidelity wireframes with content hierarchy

Full UI/UX Design

Research through high-fidelity mockups, prototyping, and structured developer handoff. The complete design engagement.

  • Everything in UX Research + Wireframes
  • High-fidelity Figma mockups (desktop + mobile)
  • Interactive clickable prototypes
  • Component library with variants and auto-layout
  • Design tokens (color, typography, spacing)
  • Annotated developer handoff with asset exports

Four Phases. Zero Guesswork.

Every project follows a structured design process. We adapt the depth of each phase to match the project scope and timeline, but the sequence stays consistent.

1

Discover Week 1

We review your brief, study the target audience, and audit existing assets. Stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and user persona development establish the strategic foundation before any design work begins.

2

Structure Week 2

Information architecture, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes establish the layout and logic. Content hierarchy is defined, navigation patterns are mapped, and key user journeys are documented before visual design begins.

3

Design Weeks 3 — 5

High-fidelity mockups bring the wireframes to life with your brand’s visual language. We design every state, every breakpoint, and every interaction. Interactive Figma prototypes let you click through the experience before development starts.

4

Hand Off Week 6

Annotated Figma files, exported assets in SVG, PNG, and WebP formats, spacing and typography specs, and a clean component library structure. We stay available through implementation to answer questions and review builds against the design.

What You Receive. What We Build it With.

Production-ready design files and documentation. Every deliverable is structured for easy handoff and long-term maintenance.

Every Project is Scoped To Your Specific Needs.

These are the variables that determine scope, timeline, and investment. We review these during the initial consultation and provide a fixed quote before design begins.

Project Type
A marketing site redesign has different requirements than a SaaS dashboard or an eCommerce storefront. The platform type determines the depth of UX research and the number of unique screen templates needed.
Screen Count
More unique templates mean more design time. A focused landing page may need 5 to 8 screens. A full SaaS application with settings, dashboards, and user management can require 30 or more.
Research Depth
Some projects start with established user insights. Others need competitive audits, persona development, and usability testing. The level of research directly affects the discovery phase timeline.
Design System
Building a reusable component library with tokens, variants, and documentation adds scope but reduces cost on future projects. We recommend this for products with ongoing development.
Breakpoints
Desktop and mobile are included by default. Tablet breakpoints, large-screen layouts, or additional responsive behaviors add design time proportional to the number of unique templates.
Prototyping Depth
Basic click-through prototypes are included in every project. Advanced prototypes with micro-interactions, animated transitions, or conditional logic require additional design and prototyping time.
Development Handoff
Standard handoff includes annotated Figma files and asset exports. If our team is also building the site, handoff is seamless and included in the development scope.

Real Redesigns. Real Impact.

Good UI/UX design is invisible — users accomplish their goals without thinking about the interface. Here are three projects where design drove measurable business outcomes.

SaaS Onboarding — 3X Trial Conversion

The problem: A project management SaaS had a 30-day free trial with a 9% conversion rate. User recordings showed that new users landed on the dashboard, stared at an empty state, and left within 90 seconds. The product had features — users just could not find or understand them.

What we designed: Progressive onboarding flow that replaced the empty dashboard with a guided setup wizard. Each step revealed one feature with a real example pre-loaded. Contextual tooltips appeared on first use. A “getting started” checklist stayed visible until 5 core actions were completed.

The outcome: Trial-to-paid conversion increased from 9% to 27%. Median time-to-first-value dropped from 4 days to 18 minutes. Support tickets from trial users decreased 62%. Users who completed the onboarding checklist converted at 41%.

Healthcare Portal — Patient Engagement

The problem: A healthcare network launched a patient portal, but only 12% of patients used it. The interface was designed by developers who prioritized data display over user workflows. Patients could not find test results, schedule appointments required 8 clicks, and the mobile experience was unusable.

What we designed: User-centered redesign starting with patient interviews. Identified 3 primary tasks: view results, schedule appointments, and message providers. Redesigned the dashboard to surface these actions immediately. Appointment scheduling reduced to 2 taps on mobile. Lab results displayed with plain-language explanations alongside clinical values.

The outcome: Patient portal adoption increased from 12% to 48%. Appointment scheduling through the portal increased 340%. Call center volume dropped 28% as patients self-served. Patient satisfaction scores for digital experience improved from 2.8 to 4.3 out of 5.

eCommerce Checkout — Cart Recovery

The problem: An online retailer had a 78% cart abandonment rate. Analytics showed users dropping off at three specific points: account creation (required before checkout), shipping options (confusing layout with 8 options), and payment (no visual confirmation of what they were buying).

What we designed: Guest checkout as default (account creation moved to post-purchase). Shipping options redesigned with visual cards showing delivery dates and prices — not just carrier names. Persistent order summary sidebar throughout checkout. Trust indicators (security badges, return policy) placed at decision points instead of the footer.

The outcome: Cart abandonment dropped from 78% to 54%. Revenue per session increased 22%. Guest checkout users converted at 2.4x the rate of forced account creation. 34% of guest purchasers created accounts post-purchase — voluntarily.

FAQ.

Most projects run 3 to 8 weeks depending on scope. A focused landing page redesign may take 2 weeks, while a full SaaS platform design with user research can run 6 to 10 weeks. We confirm timelines before starting.

Yes. If you have an established brand, we design within those constraints — colors, typography, spacing, tone. If guidelines are loose or missing, we can develop a visual direction as part of the project scope.

Absolutely. Some teams have internal designers who handle visual design but need help with research, information architecture, or wireframing. We scope each engagement to match exactly what your team needs.

Each phase includes a structured review cycle. Feedback is collected, consolidated, and addressed before moving to the next phase. We work from shared Figma files so your team can comment in real time.

We can. Our development team works in WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, and Vue.js. When design and development are handled together, handoff is seamless and the final product matches the design exactly.

Our primary design tool is Figma for interface design, prototyping, and developer handoff. We also use Hotjar and Maze for user research, Google Analytics for behavioral data, and Figma Dev Mode and Zeplin for structured developer handoff.
