About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Graphic & UI/UX Designer who can seamlessly work across branding, print design, and digital user experiences. This role contributes to both client-facing projects and internal brand initiatives — including marketing creatives, print materials, and website redesign projects.
You will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs while ensuring usability, consistency, and brand alignment across every touchpoint. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, development, content, and project teams to transform ideas into polished, high-impact deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Brand Visuals
- Design high-quality creatives for print and digital platforms including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, pitch decks, social media creatives, and marketing collateral.
- Develop internal brand assets and support client brand guidelines and visual systems.
- Maintain consistency in typography, color systems, layouts, and brand identity across deliverables.
- Prepare print-ready files with correct formats, bleed settings, resolution, and color standards (CMYK/RGB).
- Translate creative briefs and business requirements into visually engaging design solutions.
2. UI/UX Design for Web & Digital Projects
- Design user journeys, wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes for websites and digital products.
- Lead or contribute to website redesign projects for clients and internal brands with a focus on usability and modern UI standards.
- Create responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
- Present design concepts clearly and iterate based on stakeholder and client feedback.
- Apply UX best practices, visual hierarchy, accessibility considerations, and usability principles throughout the design process.
3. Collaboration & Execution
- Collaborate closely with developers, content teams, marketers, and project managers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate structured feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design quality and meeting deadlines.
- Support marketing and product teams with ongoing creative requirements and campaign assets.
4. Quality & Design Standards
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution and attention to detail across all design outputs.
- Maintain organized design files and structured version control.
- Contribute to internal design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Continuously refine work based on performance feedback and evolving design standards.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design with hands-on exposure to UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print design, and web/UI projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, UI systems, and interactive prototypes.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and modern web design standards.
- Strong sense of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
- Ability to balance creativity with usability and business objectives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency-style environment with multiple stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to improve design-to-development collaboration.
- Experience with motion graphics, animations, or interactive elements.
- Exposure to UX research, usability testing, or CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) concepts.
