We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining websites and landing pages within the HubSpot CMS, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless integration with marketing and CRM tools.
The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development expertise along with hands-on experience in HubSpot CMS development, responsive design, performance optimization, and SEO-friendly development practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. HubSpot CMS Development
- Develop and customize HubSpot CMS templates, modules, landing pages, and website components.
- Build responsive layouts and reusable modules using HubSpot CMS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot templates and marketing automation features
2. Front-End Development
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable front-end code.
- Convert design files (Figma, PSD, XD) into responsive web pages.
- Implement interactive UI elements using JavaScript, jQuery, and animation libraries when required.
3. Website Optimization & Performance
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and responsiveness.
- Implement best practices such as image optimization, code minification, lazy loading, and browser caching.
4. Testing & Debugging
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Identify and resolve UI bugs and performance issues.
- Maintain clean code standards and proper documentation.
5. Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with design, marketing, SEO, and project management teams.
- Collaborate with backend developers for integrations and APIs.
- Provide effort estimations and regular development updates.
6. SEO-Friendly Development
- Implement SEO best practices including semantic markup, metadata, and structured data.
- Ensure page structure and performance align with SEO requirements.
- Coordinate with the SEO team for optimization alignment.
Desired Skills
- 4+ years of experience in front-end development or HubSpot CMS development.
- Proven experience building custom templates and modules in HubSpot CMS.
- Strong experience converting Figma / PSD / XD designs into responsive layouts.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
- Familiarity with animation libraries such as GSAP, ScrollMagic, or TweenMax.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.
- Ability to use AI tools for code optimization and workflow automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
